Siemens today signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Wuhu Chu Rui Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chu Rui Intelligent”). The two parties will base themselves on core application fields such as semiconductors and AI computing power, integrate technologies, products and industry resources, carry out all-round in-depth cooperation, and jointly create a comprehensive power supply and distribution solution with high reliability, high energy efficiency, and green and low-carbon characteristics, to support the high-quality and sustainable development of the semiconductor and computing power industries.

Both parties will continue to deepen communication, promote product adaptation and joint research and development, and tackle technical upgrades based on industry pain points, as well as refine customized solutions.

Both parties will leverage their respective strengths to jointly implement the project, work together to create a benchmark project, and explore new opportunities for industrial development.
