⚠️ Important Precautions & Guidelines (注意事项)

• ESD Protection: The internal circuit boards are highly sensitive to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). Handle the unit only in ESD-safe environments using proper grounding straps.
• Input Power Verification: Verify that your line voltage matches the drive rating (380–460 V AC) before power-up. Applying the wrong voltage can permanently damage the DC bus capacitors.
• Heat Dissipation: Ensure the installation cabinet has adequate ventilation and cooling. Overheating is one of the primary causes of premature VFD failure.
• Capacitor Reforming: If the drive has been sitting in storage for more than a year without power, the DC bus capacitors may need to be “reformed” (powered up gradually) to prevent them from exploding upon sudden full-voltage application.
