The GE 180-UK-2RS-B is a heavy-duty, maintenance-free radial spherical plain bearing designed to accommodate high radial loads and moderate axial loads in both directions. It allows multi-directional angular spatial movement, adjusting dynamically for alignment errors and shaft deflections.

4. Important Considerations & Precautions

- Avoid Shock Impact during Installation: Press-fitting should be applied evenly across the rings using appropriate mounting tools. Never strike the inner or outer ring directly with a hammer.
- Mind Operating Temperatures: Ensure application temperatures stay strictly within the rated range (-30°C to +130°C) to prevent seal degradation or bond failure on the PTFE layer.
- Proper Alignment: Avoid exceeding the maximum permissible tilt angle (6^circ) to prevent mechanical binding or edge-stress failure.
