• Fuse Inspections: If the operator panel fails to light up or power the teach pendant entirely, inspect the two onboard 1 Amp fuses (A60L-0001-0046#1.0). Always replace them with identical ratings.
• Ribbon Cable Alignment: When linking this card to the companion Switch Board via the A660-2001-T998 ribbon cable, verify strict physical alignment. Misaligned connector pins can shortcut critical I/O channels.
