Important Installation & Operational Notes

- Range Jumper Setup:
- Default mode is 4 to 20 mA (no jumper required).
- Installing the range jumper on the terminal block switches the channels to 0 to 20 mA.
- Note: One jumper controls Channels 1 & 2; a second jumper controls Channels 3 & 4.
- Power Supply Capacity: Ensure the Series 90-30 power supply unit has sufficient headroom on both the +5V and +24V DC rails.
- Status Monitoring: Check the module’s OK LED at the top of the faceplate to confirm the internal power supply and bus communication are functioning properly.
