The IS200TVIBH2BAA is a Vibration Terminal Board (TVIB) designed for the GE Mark VI / Mark VIe Speedtronic turbine control system. It serves as the field signal interface between vibration transducers and the VVIB vibration monitoring board. The board terminates, filters and routes analog vibration signals from various sensors, and transmits conditioned signals to the VVIB module for analog-to-digital conversion, vibration monitoring, alarming and machinery protection. It supports simplex and TMR (Triple Modular Redundancy) system configurations for critical rotating equipment control.

Notes

1. This board is dedicated to GE Mark VI/VIe platform; do not use it on other incompatible control systems.
2. Cut off the system power before wiring, plugging or removing the board to prevent electrostatic damage and circuit burnout.
3. Sensor cables must be shielded cables, and shielding grounding shall follow GE turbine control specifications to avoid signal noise.
4. Check jumper settings and channel configuration strictly according to the drawing before commissioning; wrong settings will cause false vibration alarms.
5. Keep the cabinet clean, well-ventilated, away from oil mist, corrosive gas and excessive dust.
6. Do not clean the circuit board with liquid solvent; static protection wristband is required during handling.
7. Regularly check terminal screw tightness; loose terminals will lead to intermittent signal faults.
