The IS200TRTDH1CEX is an RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) termination board belonging to the GE Speedtronic Mark VI turbine control system. It serves as the front-end signal termination board for RTD temperature sensors. It collects resistance signals from external RTD sensors and transmits them to the VRTD processing board through dedicated cables for conversion into digital temperature data, which is then sent to the main controller for monitoring, alarm and protection logic. This is a simplex board and does not support TMR triple modular redundant configuration. It is equipped with screw terminal blocks and 37-pin connectors for stable field wiring connection.

Notes
- This board is simplex type and cannot be used in TMR redundant safety control loops.
- Strictly distinguish RTD wiring (2-wire /3-wire /4-wire) according to design requirements; incorrect wiring will cause large temperature deviation.
- Keep the signal cable away from high-power, high-voltage power cables to avoid electromagnetic interference.
- Power off the whole rack before installation, removal or wiring to prevent electrostatic damage to PCB components.
- Do not modify the circuit on the board; there are no adjustable hardware settings.
- Check shielding and grounding strictly; reliable shielding grounding is required for RTD signal cables.
- Use matched dedicated cables to connect with VRTD board; mismatched cables will lead to signal loss.
